Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or during final sale.

  • Minor imperfections or color variations due to the handmade nature of products.


Refund Process

  2. Our team will verify and respond within 2-3 business days.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Return Shipping

  • In case of defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a return pickup or cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other cases, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
